How to Get the Wallpaper#
Open the official Ubuntu wallpaper package archive and look for ubuntu-wallpapers-mantic_23.10.4_all.deb. Extract the image files from the package, then select the image in your current desktop's wallpaper settings. You do not need to install the older operating system or its packages.
